Doosan Mobility Innovation Signs 'Joint Promotion of Hydrogen Drone Overseas Project' with POSCO International

On the afternoon of the 7th, Doosan Mobility Innovation and POSCO International signed a business agreement for the joint promotion of hydrogen drones at the DMI headquarters in YOngin, Gyeonggi-do.

Doosan Mobility Innovation (DMI) is working with POSCO International to speed up hydrogen drones' overseas market penetration.

DMI and POSCO International announced that they signed a business agreement for the joint promotion of hydrogen drones abroad with DMI representative Lee Doo-soon at the DMI headquarters in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, and POSCO International Head of Automotive Engineering.

The two companies are planning to promote DMI's hydrogen fuel cell pack and hydrogen drone products, develop and demonstrate solutions for hydrogen drone utilization in industrial sites, targeting the global market.

DMI Ceo Lee Doo-soon said, "This agreement will be a new opportunity for both companies to expand their business." DMI's hydrogen fuel cell technology that realized drone flight for more than two hours plus POSCO International's global network and marketing capabilities to enhance the overseas market I will spur on expanding and discovering new businessses."

DMI won the 'CES 2020' Innovation Award for a hydrogen fuel cell pack and a drone for drones that can fly for more than 2 hours and announced the entry into the US market through this exhibition in January.

In Febuary, a hydrogen drone was presented at the 'African Drone Forum' hosted by the World Bank, and it was discussed that it would build an African logistics infrastructure.
